Make Me A Superstar! TERMS AND CONDITIONS/RELEASE You acknowledge and agree that by submitting your application and video audition, that you agree to the following terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that your video entry is your original work and that it does not contain previously published and/or copyrighted material. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless any and all individuals and companies related to the Make Me A Superstar show and JMR Ventures LLC, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or losses to any person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this audition. You represent and warrant that you have created this video yourself, and that you have the legal rights to submit the video to us to use. You agree to allow us to use your video in any and all media including, but not limited to, broadcast television, cable television, internet, radio, motion pictures and all other media now existing or that may be created in the future. You hereby give us permission to extract or copy your video submission from the Facebook site and you agree that upon request, you will provide us with a high resolution copy of your video submission on CD or DVD. That copy shall be subject to all the same terms and conditions of this paragraph. You agree that all video submissions, and any and all rights in submissions, become the property of Make Me A Superstar and/or JMR Ventures LLC. No entries will be returned. You understand that you are participating in an audition for a media project in pre-production and that no promises or obligations are being made by the producers of this project with regard to the format of the show which may be changed or modified at any time or that the project may be cancelled altogether at the discretion of the producers.
